About

A workforce planning specialist focused on the full path from demand to cost.

I am a Melbourne-based planning specialist with 17+ years across technology, banking, telecommunications, insurance and government.

What I bring

My strongest work sits where business demand, workforce capacity, labour cost and decisions need to come together. I am especially useful when the data is incomplete, assumptions are vague, or the organisation has no mature model linking top-line goals to bottom-up operating reality.

I build practical models and planning processes that leaders can use: demand forecasts, workforce and capacity plans, labour budgets, reforecasts, dashboards and decision tools.
